As one of the most prominent economic and social ethicists, Elmar Naß researches and works on these topics, which are particularly burning on the nails of companies and institutions under the conditions of a shortage of skilled workers. The certificate seminar designed by Prof. Naß shows how Christian values lead to answers that suit you and can be brought to life in your everyday working life.
In order to achieve the desired goal, everything depends on orientation, which in a unique way offers a compass of values and dignity that is nourished by the biblical message and the Christian tradition.
